We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if not, items (except jewellery) may be returned within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). Jewellery may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a store credit. The item must be returned unworn and in the same condition it left our dispatch including any tags, dust bags or boxes which came with the item. Buyers are responsible for paying any postage costs of the returned item unless the item is not as described. Returns are not accepted for swimwear, lingerie or jewellery unless item is significantly not as described.
HOW TO RETURN
To receive confirmation that the return will be accepted you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any item returned without this number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
Please follow these 3 steps:
1. Please contact us by email returns@elluamour.com within 48 hours of receiving your order stating the invoice number found on the invoice, confirmation or dispatch email giving your reason for return.
2. Once confirmation has been given for a return, please put the RMA number on the outside of the package and on the original invoice to be enclosed in the package.
3. Goods should be sent by recorded post which is traceable online.

Ellu amour is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post. Ellu amour will not accept returns outside 7 days or items that have been worn or tags removed unless the item is faulty. These items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.
